Styles of our Yoga Classes

We run a range of yoga classes in a heated studio. We heat the studio to 26-29°C during the daytime and to 35-39°C in the evenings.




The reason for these temperatures is as follows; during the day we want students to be able to warm and stretch their muscles without leaving them too exhausted or sweaty as they head back out into their day, in the evenings the hotter classes will increase the cardio workout, and leave students feeling very relaxed and ready for a good nights sleep.

We offer various different styles of class, from a slow paced, relaxing Yin class to a faster paced dynamic Vinyasa class. Click on the Class Descriptions for more information.

We heat the studio using infra-red heat panels which are suspended from the ceiling. They radiate out a gentle heat which encompasses the body, feeling like a ‘warm hug’. We have a specially designed Air Exchange system which monitors CO2 levels in the studio and keeps the air fresh and clean, even in the busiest of classes.

Our spacious, airy studio is a peaceful haven in the heart of the city centre, the perfect spot to get away from it all for a little while during your busy day.


Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga is a Hatha Yoga style class, practiced in a heated studio (33°C – 36°C) which is suitable for all levels.

The heat allows your body to stretch more deeply and also increases the workout for your body, strengthening your muscles and focusing your mind. Our Hot Yoga classes are based on the Jimmy Barkan method of using a combination of different poses and variations of poses during class to keep things interesting and fresh. You do not have to be naturally flexible to join a yoga class, in fact, the less flexible you are, the more you need some yoga in your life!

Hot Vinyasa

Hot Vinyasa is a flowing sequence of poses practiced in a heated studio (33°C – 38°C). There is a strong focus on working with the breath, and on building strength as well as flexibility.

Based originally on Ashtanga style yoga, this challenging style develops stamina and strength without bulking up muscles.

These classes provide a fantastic workout and the focus on breath leaves you feeling calm and energised.

Beginners are welcome to join in the class, and challenge themselves and start to build strength. There are modifications for all poses to allow each individual to participate and go as far as they are able on that day.


Warm Yin

Warm Yin is a slower and calmer style of yoga than our Hot Yoga and Hot Vinyasa classes. It is practiced in a heated studio (26°C – 30°C) and the aim of this practice is to stress and stretch the connective tissues of the body, and release tension on a deeper level.

We use a variety of blocks and bolsters to support the body in poses, which allows the muscles to relax and the deep tissues to begin to stretch. We hold each pose for approximately 3-5 minutes, so it’s important to feel relaxed and calm in each pose. The key focus areas in these classes are the hips and legs, the spine and the shoulders. All poses are practiced carefully to avoid any injury.

Yin & Yang for Sports

This class combines a slow Yin practice with a dynamic vinyasa flow. The class is designed with common problem areas for sports practitioners in mind, e.g. the lower back, hips, hamstrings and shoulders.

However the class is not exclusively for Sports practitioners, any student can benefit from the sequences.


Morning Warm Yoga Flow

Our Morning Yoga classes are held in a warm room (not hot) which will allow your body to wake up gently and stretch, and will leave you feeling energised and ready to face the day.

The class will include Sun Salutations to warm up the body, followed by a slow dynamic flow, where you can choose whether or not to add vinyasa flows to increase the challenge, or whether to leave those out and give yourself a more gentle start to the day. This class finishes with some gentle stretches and twists which will leave you feeling relaxed and energised. It is suitable for all levels, each pose has modifications which allow you to reach your own maximum stretch.

Yoga Asana Lab

This is a workshop-style class where we select a few key poses each week and break them down to the absolute basics, and then build them back up again.

We look at the purpose and function of the pose, safe alignment for individuals, and we learn how to safely move deeper into the pose. This class is suitable for students with some knowledge of the key poses from our Hot Yoga and Hot Vinyasa sequences, who would like to learn more about poses and deepen their practice.


New! Intro to Aerial 4 week course

This 4 week Course will take you through the basics of Aerial Yoga, leading you safely through a fun sequence of poses using your yoga mat and the support of the aerial hammock to allow your body to safely move deeper into poses.

Held in a warm studio, the use of aerial silks can bring many benefits to your practice, such as;

Increase flexibility and muscle strength without straining
Decompress tight joints
Relieve pressure in other areas of the body
Reduce strain on the back and neck
Practice inversions without placing strain on the body
Encourage creativity
Increase relaxation

You don’t need to have any experience of yoga or aerial yoga to come along to this fun, lighthearted Course. The course runs for 4 consecutive weeks from first date, cost is £52 for the 4 Week Course.

Missed sessions can be made up at another class, spaces permitting

New! Aerial Power

This 4 week Course will take you through fun and challenging Aerial Power Yoga sequences. The instructor will lead you safely through a fun sequence of poses using your yoga mat and the support of the aerial hammock to allow your body to safely move deeper into poses.

Held in a warm studio, the use of aerial silks can bring many benefits to your practice, such as;

Increase flexibility and muscle strength without straining
Decompress tight joints
Relieve pressure in other areas of the body
Reduce strain on the back and neck
Practice inversions without placing strain on the body
Encourage creativity
Increase relaxation

Some experience of Yoga or Aerial Yoga is recommended, although the course is open to all, we will offer modifications to poses so that each student can work at their own level. The course will run for 4 consecutive weeks from first date, the cost of the 4 Week Course is £52.

Missed sessions can be made up at a subsequent course, space permitting.


New! Pregnancy Yoga

These 5-week Pregnancy Yoga course are designed for nurturing and supporting women during pregnancy, labour, and mothering. The teacher, Rebeca Montero, is a qualified Pregnancy and Birth Preparation Yoga teacher.

These classes help the students to explore how yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation can help to navigate the many changes and challenges that pregnancy brings. They offer a peaceful environment to relax, replenish energy, and connect with the growing baby.

Preparing for labour is an integral part of each class; The on-going practice of postures and breathing enables students to approach the birth of their baby feeling excited, prepared, and empowered, however the labour unfolds.

Small class size allows time for women to share feelings, fears, hopes and experiences and to grow and share in a supportive group of other pregnant mums.

Students can either drop in for a single class or sign up for the 5 week course, a missed class can be made up on another course.

Our teachers

Our teachers are all qualified with at least one 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate. They all share the same principle of doing no harm, to themselves or others. Each teacher brings their own unique experience and training to their classes.
